At GNU Fitness we’re all about getting the best outcome in the most efficient way possible. The GNU Fitness Method was designed for office workers who struggle finding time for the gym. Sound familiar? The workouts or “Daily Builds” take on average 30 minutes and generally require little to no equipment, usually stuff you could find in your typical office gym.
The workouts are focused around teamwork, camaraderie, and that competitive side we all have inside us. The movements are all sound, functional movements that do not attempt to mimic real life. Rather, they are real life. You’ll never see a workout here that involves any type of machine or something ending in ‘iptical’ or ‘mill’. The only thing to make you better physically at life is training movements that you actually would do.
Over time you’ll find more and more people wanting to get in on your program. Great! Create a group and get organized. Once you get large enough you’ll want to contact us to hire a coach but that’s down the road a bit. For now, follow the simple steps above and you’ll be off to a great start. Happy training!
